Payment must be received by the order due date.
Boxes are available on the designated pick up day between 1:00 and 2:30 pm at the North Frontenac Telephone Company (lower level) at 1019 Windwood Drive, Sharbot Lake.
If this timing does not work for you, please call us at 613-279-2100 ext. 124 or email GFB.SLFHT@gmail.com to make alternate arrangements.
Boxes not picked up, where no alternate arrangement has been made, will be donated to the Food Bank.
Unfortunately, no. We order through a distributor who presets the items included in each box. This allows us to get the best pricing possible.
We hope that you will see the value in our Good Food Box, but if you receive something you don’t like, we encourage you to share with your friends, family, neighbours. Also, on pick-up day there is a box where you can place items that you don't want and perhaps swap for an item that you do want that someone else has left.
Currently, the Good Food Box is available on a monthly basis.
What’s in the Good Food Box?
Each month you will receive approximately 10 different fruits and vegetables. There will be some variety from month to month, but you can expect to receive some ‘staples’ every month.
